A Transformative Partnership for Health Equity: HIV Prevention & Care Initiative for Underserved Communities
in a pivotal partnership with Pulitzer Prize and Emmy Award-winning journalist Trymaine Lee, lighthouse is launching a comprehensive Health Equity initiative focused on HIV/AIDS prevention and care. This initiative is designed to directly address the critical need for increased information and access within the Black community, as well as among women, men, college students (HBCUs, Community Colleges, UC System), and young professional communities, including other minority populations.
“We want to significantly improve HIV/AIDS prevention and care outcomes within the Black community, college students, and other minority populations by bridging gaps in information and access, ultimately contributing to the eradication of HIV/AIDS and improved community health.”
