Born in Chicago, Quency Phillips is a proud Northwestern University graduate with a diverse background in executive leadership, marketing, sports, entertainment, and community development. With a proven track record in management and development, Quency has managed athletes, entertainers, and artists, overseeing high-profile careers and navigating the sports and entertainment industries in New York and across the nation. He has also made waves in community development from Bermuda to the Bay Area through his work with Fuzion, LISC, Lendlease, and Google. In addition to his professional accomplishments, Quency serves on the boards of the Women's Foundation of California and the SF AIDS Foundation, where he continues to advocate for positive social change. Through his leadership and passion, Quency fosters partnerships that drive innovation, empower communities, and create lasting impact.

Bobbie Reyes is a community development and strategic partnerships professional based in the San Francisco Bay Area. She’s a UC Berkeley alumni with a strong background spanning government, private business, startups and academia. She thrives in representing clients and closing partnership deals, having successfully collaborated with both local organizations and Fortune 100 companies to drive growth and create impactful collaborations. Bobbie's passion for sports has led her to work in both collegiate and professional settings, including launching a program with the LA Sparks to empower women of color entrepreneurs. As a professional speaker, she has graced stages at Dreamforce for Salesforce, the Bay Area Federal Reserve, and more. A former WEF Global Shaper and Curator, Bobbie is dedicated to fostering leadership and social impact, inspiring change, and empowering communities to reach their full potential.
